WMS is a nonprofit whose passionate mission is to advance today’s exciting efforts to rekindle downtown Waterville into a “next-level” business, social, cultural, and entertainment destination.

TOC’s CEO/President Tracy O’Clair—bought into WMS as Interim Director in 2017—has played a vital role in the organization’s critical mission. Directed by Tracy, “Team TOC” has run the WMS office and handled all marketing tasks, including website creation, email and social-media marketing, and press-release writing.
